Manifestation frequencies: what the numbers mean
“Manifestation frequency” is a popular wellness/spirituality label applied to audio tracks associated with intentions such as abundance, love or healing. The number in Hz has a physical meaning; the promised life outcome is a separate claim.
What Hz actually measures
Hertz (Hz) means cycles per second. For audible sound, it describes frequency. Calling a track 432 Hz or 528 Hz therefore tells you something about frequency or tuning—not, by itself, that the audio causes a particular external event.
Why people still use the audio
People may use repetitive music or tones as part of meditation, relaxation, visualization or a daily intention-setting ritual. Those subjective uses can be meaningful without proving that a frequency directly attracts money.
